We understand that things can come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) notice is required. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. No-shows will be charged accordingly. Please notify Kales Beauty Studio via Instagram or Facebook or our number as soon as possible. Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled or cancelled to maintain the quality of all appointments. If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, you may still be accommodated with an additional $15 fee. If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to arriving more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a cancellation and 50% of the service price will be charged. Please contact us ahead of time if you believe you will be late to see if adjustments can be made.
